ZSHW pneumatic large-diameter regulating butterfly valve is a type of valve that rotates around a fixed axis perpendicular to the channel. It consists of a piston type double acting or single acting (spring return type) pneumatic actuator and a butterfly valve. It belongs to the high-performance rotary regulating or cut-off valve category, equipped with an electric air valve positioner or solenoid valve, air filter pressure reducer, limit switch (valve position feedback device), which can achieve proportional adjustment and two position cut-off control of the fluid medium in the process pipeline, thereby achieving automatic control of parameters such as flow rate, pressure, temperature, and liquid level of the fluid medium. Widely applicable to media such as gases, turbid liquids, concentrated slurries or ash powders, suspended particles, etc

1. Pneumatic butterfly valve has a small operating torque and is one of the valves with a very small operating torque. It opens and closes quickly, powered by compressed air. Through the mechanical transmission of piston, rack, and gear, the valve stem rotates the valve plate 0-90 ° with the torque output from the angular stroke, and can quickly complete the opening and closing action. It has a simple structure, small volume, light weight, low flow resistance, large flow coefficient, and good sealing performance. The adjustment range is large. It is the execution unit of instruments in the automation control system;
2. Adopting an electric pneumatic valve positioner, powered by electrical signals and compressed air, it receives 0-10mA DC or 4-20mA DC current signals from the control system input. The regulator converts the compressed air into air source pressure signals for input and output, and changes the rotation angle of the valve plate (any angle from 0-90 °), which has good regulation and control of flow rate and other parameters.
3. Adopting electromagnetic directional valve and valve position feedback device, powered by AC220V or DC24V power supply voltage and compressed air, to achieve rapid two position cut-off control of fluid medium.
4. The pneumatic actuator adopts a piston type cylinder and a curved arm conversion structure, with a large output torque, small volume, and a fully sealed waterproof design with high protection level. The cylinder block adopts a mirror cylinder, oil-free lubrication, low friction coefficient, corrosion resistance, and has super durability and reliability. All transmission bearings adopt boundary self-lubricating bearings without oil lubrication to ensure that the transmission shaft is not worn.
